Bengaluru, India | 16th April 2026 — Lumio™, the new-age consumer tech brand redefining home entertainment, today announced the launch of the all-new Lumio Vision 9 (2026) — its most powerful and complete Smart TV to date. Built to solve the persistent problem of slow, lag-heavy television experiences, the Vision 9 (2026) is available in 65-inch and 55-inch variants and brings together Lumio’s Boss Performance and DOPE 2 picture tuning to deliver a fast, fluid, and immersive TV experience that simply doesn’t slow down.
As the Smart TV market transitions from brand-centric decisions to experience-oriented selections, factors such as performance, speed, and reliability are becoming pivotal. Lumio has been leading this shift with a performance-first approach grounded in real-world usability. With Vision 9 (2026), the brand builds on this philosophy by delivering exceptional performance, a flagship display built on best-in-class panel technology, an integrated TLDR experience that redefines how users discover and engage with content, and a hexa-driver audio system — together transforming how content is experienced at home.
“Over the past year, we have grown significantly, earning the trust of our customers and emerging as one of India’s fastest-growing TV brands. This has been driven by our focus on solving real user pain points. With Lumio Vision 9 and Vision 7, we set out to challenge the category by prioritising performance and real-world usability, and now with Vision 9 (2026), we are accelerating that shift by delivering a TV that is consistently fast, deeply immersive, and built for everyday use. As the category evolves, we remain focused on redefining what consumers should expect from a premium TV experience.”
— Raghu Reddy, CEO, Circuit House Technologies
Lumio Vision 9 (2026): Four Core Pillars
The Vision 9 (2026) is engineered across four pillars — Performance, Display, Sound, and Software — each delivering a flagship-level experience without compromise.
- Boss Performance — Still India’s Fastest TV, built to deliver a fast, fluid, and lag-free experience from streaming to gaming.
- Flagship Display — QD MiniLED with EVA panel, Dolby Vision, up to 800 nits peak brightness, supreme blacks, best-in-class colour coverage in Rec 2020, and native 4K 144Hz / 1080p 240Hz refresh rates.
- Sound Redefined — 50W DGS 2.2 system with dual subwoofers and Dolby Atmos for best-in-class bass and clear vocals.
- Smart Experience — All-new TLDR with 36 new features to help discover content easily, now for Movies and TV Shows. Plus Project Neo from Lumio Labs.
Boss Performance Meets Fluid Gaming
At the core of the Vision 9 (2026) is Lumio’s Boss Performance architecture — a comprehensive system-level design integrating processing, memory, storage, connectivity, and OS optimisation to ensure consistently rapid, smooth, and dependable performance.
Powered by MediaTek’s Flagship Pentonic 700 chipset, along with 2X faster storage, 3GB of DDR4 RAM, and a high-end Wi-Fi 5 chip, the Vision 9 (2026) achieves up to 2X performance over other TVs.
For gaming, the experience is equally fluid:
- Native 4K at 144Hz and up to 240Hz at 1080p
- VRR (48–240Hz) and ALLM (Input lag: 9.7ms)
- Full bandwidth HDMI 2.1 with FRL signaling supporting up to 48Gbps
Flagship Display & Picture Engine
The Vision 9 (2026) features a premier QD-MiniLED display with precision local dimming, achieving up to 800 nits peak brightness for impactful HDR viewing.
Built on Lumio’s EVA (Enhanced VA) Panel, the display delivers:
- Native contrast ratio of up to 7000:1 (Dynamic contrast: 100,000:1)
- Wide colour gamut of over 100% NTSC and up to 82% Rec. 2020
- Delta E < 1.9 accuracy for natural skin tones and lifelike visuals
All powered by Lumio’s DOPE 2 picture engine, fine-tuned by real humans for balanced HDR10 and HLG tone mapping, with support for Dolby Vision, customisable picture modes, and enhanced shadow detail.
Sound Redefined
The Vision 9 (2026) delivers a flagship audio experience through its DGS (Damn Good Sound) 2.2 system, centred around a unique Hexa Driver configuration:
- Dual built-in subwoofers, dual full-range drivers, and dual tweeters
- 50W output with bass extending down to 38Hz at 70dB — 2X more bass than the previous generation
- Dolby Atmos for a three-dimensional, room-enveloping sound environment
Lumio’s DGS 2.2 audio tuning ensures dialogue remains clear and comprehensible, even during high-intensity scenes.
Smarter & Intelligent Experience
Running on the latest Android 14, the Vision 9 (2026) features an improved content experience driven by TLDR 2.0, Lumio’s exclusive discovery platform, with 36 new features and AI-driven improvements:
- Trending Top 10 — Daily updated rankings across all platforms
- Curated Collections + Lumio Rating — Trusted picks from content creators and a unified score to cut through the noise
- Smart Search — Filter by language, genre, or platform for precise results
Project Neo: WhatsApp is Now Your Remote
Lumio also showcased Project Neo, an ambitious software initiative under Lumio Labs that solves the biggest friction point in the living room: content discovery.
Recognising that users discover content on their phones but consume it on their TVs, Project Neo turns messaging apps like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram into the primary control layer for Lumio TVs. Users can simply forward an Instagram Reel or send a conversational text (e.g., “movies where the villain wins”) to the TLDR bot. The AI automatically extracts the intent, finds where the title is streaming, and instantly builds a unified watchlist directly on the TV.
“Your smartphone is your primary interface for the world. With Project Neo, we aren’t forcing users to download another proprietary remote app. We are meeting them where they already spend hours a day, inside WhatsApp and Instagram. The AI sits in the background, translating messy human intent into TV actions so you don’t have to type movie names on a clunky on-screen keyboard. This is what we mean by ‘Tech that Sparks Joy’: killing the friction so you can get straight to the content.”
— Kailash Sankaranarayanan, Co-Founder & COO, Circuit House Technologies
Project Neo will be rolled out to all Lumio devices later this year.
Lumio Vision 7 (2026)
Lumio also announced a refresh for its best-selling Lumio Vision 7, now featuring:
- 4X more storage with 64GB (also 2X faster than the previous generation)
- A new satellite port giving users access to FREE TV channels — up to 540 channels via FREE Dish
Warranty
All new Lumio Vision TVs come with a 2-year comprehensive warranty. Lumio has a network of 300+ service centers across the country, capable of servicing 19,000+ pincodes.
